A case of congenital creinism in a 2 year 6 month old female is reported after treatment with
dessicated thyroid for 8 months.
Congenital cretinism is rare in Korea.
1) This case revealed fully developed clinical mainfestations of congenital hypothyroidism.
2) The amount of thyroid was adjusted by checking the T4 every months.
