4 Cases of Non-Hematogenous Disseminated Pulmonary Tuberculosis.

Unlike hematogenous spread in miliary tuberculosis, disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis is considered to be spread by non-hematogenous transbronchial with characteristic chest X-ray appear- ance. This type of spread is unusal in childhood pulmonary tuberculosis. We are reporting 4 such cases from 1984 to 1986 with chest X-ray findings.
