The predilection sites of skeletal tuberculosis are mainly weight-bearing bones such as vertebrae, hip and knee joint. Involvement of non-weight bearing bones are rare. We experienced an unusual case of tuberculous osteomyelitis of the mandible in 3-year-5-month old female.
