Nephrogenic diabetes insipidus is a congenital hereditary disorders in which the kidney do not respond to vasopressin, and the disease occurs principally in males and is probably inherited by Xlinked recessive mode. We experienced two cases of nephrogenic diabetes insipidus occurred in brothers.
