Psudohypoaldosteronism is a salt-wasting disease with unresponsiveness to mineralcorticoid and normal renal and adrenal function. Pseudohypoaldosteronism(PHA) is rare salt losing disease which is characterized by mineralcorticoid unresponsiveness of the end organ. Severe hyponatremia and hyperkalemia are present despite high plasma aldosterone.
