A case of McCune Albright syndrome in a 8 year old girl was presented. Examination revealed polyostotic fibrous dysplasia, cutaneous pigmentation, sexual precocity and hyperthyroidism. Recently, she has suffered from craniofacial deformity and thyroid gland enlargement.
