The postmortem finding in a 64 day-old Korean male of asplenia associated with congenital malformation of heart and partial situs inversus of the abdominal viscera has been presented. Weismann-Netter-Stuhl syndrome is congenital anterior bowing of the diaphyses of the tibia and fibula usually bilateral and symmetical, which is clinically resembles the sabre shin of syphilis.
