A CASE OF SEMINOMA IN A CHILD

A 31-months old boy was seen because of a hard left testicular mass. An orchiectomy was performed and the testis was found to be displaced by tumor tissue. The diagnosis was seminoma. A chest x-ray at the time of operation showed metastatic tumor in the lung. Seminoma is very sensitive to radiotherapy even after metastasis develops. But no radiation was...
