Clinical Observation of Infectious Hepatitis

107 cases of infectious hepatitis seen at Severance Hospital were clinically observed. The number of hepatitis patients incerased in 1958, 1963 and 1966. Clinical Studies on the 96 Cases of Croup

96 cases of croup were clinically observed for 8 years from 1960 to 1967. The summary of the clinical and labaratory findings are as follows： Analysis of the yearly prevalence revealed 62% of cases in 1967, which seems sufficient to reflect clear epidemic pattern. Staphylococcal Constrictive Pericarditis in Infancy -A Case Report and Review of Literature

A case of staphylococcal constrictive pericarditis in a 10 month old male infant is reported here with a brief review of literature. To our knowledge, there have been no reported cases of constrictive pericarditis as a sequela of purulent pericarditis in infancy less than 1 year of age. This case recovered by medical treatment only, requiring no pericardiectomy.

A case of anencephalus without any external abnormalities associated with no pituitary gland, atrophied adrenal glands and hypertrophied thymus at the 34 weeks of pregnancy, 88 year old, is presented. Diagnosis of anencephalic fetus was made by abdominal X-ray of mother before the delivery.
