A case of macroglossia due to cavernous hemangioma in a 17 month-old-male baby was presented. This hemangioma was cavernous in type which was invaded entire tongue and was not amenable to surgical excision, and was treated with a course of x-ray therapy (233 rad/day for 13 days).
