Authors experienced a case of Cryptococcosis accompanied by eosinophilia in a 12 years 8 months old Korean boy. He was admitted to our hospital due to high fever and intermittent coughing. Lymphnode biopsy showed Cryptococcus neoformans, which was obtained at left inguinal region. And tlie organism was found on the culture of cerebrospinal fluid.
