We have experienced a case of pyogenic liver abscess with omphalitis in 21 days old :female. We diagnosed liver abscess with liver scanning and ultrasonography,. confirmed by exploratory laparotomy and tissue biopsy. She was treated with parenteral antibiotics. We have presented a rare case and reviewed the literature.

Ws expsrienced a ca.ss of Collodion Baby of 6 hours old female infant who was suffering from excs33ive lamellated scale, tight looking appearance and covering entire, body, typical features of parchment like skin, ectropion of upper and lower eyelids and fixed semiflexion position of the limb3. A Case of Hereditary Spherocytosis.

We observed a case of hereditary spherocytosis who was a 4-month-old boy with the chief complaints of jaundice and pallor. Evidence of the same disease was also found in the patient` s father who had never been symptomatic. Diagnosis was made by presence of spherocytes in peripheral blood smear, osmotic fragility- test and autohemolysis test. A brief review of literatures was made.
A Case of Holoprosencephaly.

We experienced, a case of holoprosencephaly with no extracranial annormalities, normal chromosme count and karyotype. The diagnosis was confirmed by brain C-T scan, which was compatible to semilobar type of holoprosencephaly. The patient is living now at 2 years old. Review of the references concerning holoprosencephaly was made briefly.
A Case of Thanatophoric Dwarfism.

We experienced a case of Thanatophoric dwarfism. A 1870 gm male neonate was born after 31 weeks gestation to a 33 years old gravida 1mother with polyhydramnios. On physical examination, he was noticed micromelic dwarfism, narrow thorax, and saddle nose. We confirmed this case by physical examination and X-ray study. A brief review of literatures were presented.

Coarctation of the aorta is defined as a narrowing of the aorta in the region of its juncture with the ductus arteriosus or its vestige, and is rare in Orient. We have experienced three cases of Coarctation of the Aorta combined with other congenital cardiovascular anomalies and diagnosed by cardiac catheterization and cineangiography. Review of literature was made briefly.
Fanconi's Anemia.

We report 1 case of Fanconi’s anemia which has severe pancytopenia, increased fetal Hb, hyperpigmented skin, absence of right thumb and metacarpal bone, retardation of bone age and chromosomal abnormalities with a brief review of related literature and references.

A Case of acute lymphocytic leukemia with both renal enlargement found l^year old female has been presented. After treatment , acute lymphocytic leukemia with chemotherapeutic agent, the size of both kidneys were decreased and returned to normal shape by ultrasonogram series. A brief review of the literature was made on this subject.
