We observed a case of pancreatic pseudocyst who was an 10 year-old girl with the chief complaints of intermittent abdominal pain and an abdominal mass in left upper quadrant. The cause of pancreatic pseudocyst was idiopathic, and the diagnosis was made by explor- ative laparatomy and biopsy. A brief review of literatures was made.

We were experienced a case of MCLS associated with pleural and pericardial effusion, a rare complication of MCLS, evidenced in 5 yrs. old girl through clinical condition, X-ray and echocardiography. Though the mechanism of this pleural effusion was not well known, may be thought by the systemic factor in the systemic disease such as MCLS. And we made a brief review of the related literatures.

A 1.5 month-old male with rapid and irregular pulse rate had an uncommon form of atrial tachycardia. The electrocardiogram was compatable with the diagnosis of chaotic atrial tachycardia or multifocal atrial tachycardia. The patient was treated with digoxin.

The authors experienced two cases of adult type of chronic myelocytic leukemia. We diagnosed it through the evaluation of both clinical and hematologic features, but Philadephia chromosomes were not detected. A Case of Congenital Hypoplastic Anemia.

Authors have observed a case of congenital hypoplastic anemia in 18 months old male patient who was diagnosed through the bone marrow aspiration. The liver was enlarged and the biopsy specimen disclosed iron deposition in the hepatocyte, which was thought to be resulted from multiple blood transfusion and administration of iron preparation. A brief review of related literature was made.

We experienced a case of Hypereosinophilic syndrome with congestive heart failure in 15 month old girl. The clinical, hematologic and E.C.G. findings were compatible with hype- reosinophilic syndrome. She was treated with oxygen, digoxine, antibiotics and mebendazole. But on 8th day of admission she suddenly died. A brief review of the related literature was made on this subject.
