A Case of Eosinophilic Granuloma

Abstract
A case of eosinophilic granuloma disease in a 2 years boy is presented, who has the lesions in skull, vertebrae, femur, and pelvis. The patient was admitted with chief complaints of difficulty in sitting and standing, and not being able to control urination and defecation with severe emacition. The diagnosis was confirmed by radiological evidences(destructive defects of the bones), and biopsy findings. The review of literature was made briefly.
