- 3. The Article contains no violation of any existing copyright or other third party right or any material of an obscene,indecent, libellous or otherwise unlawful nature and that to the best of your knowledge this Article does not infringethe rights of ohters;
- 4. You hereby warrant that in the case of a multi-authored Article you have obtained, in writing, authorization to enter intothis Agreement on their behalf and that all co-authors have read and agreed the terms of this Agreement;
- 5. You warrant that any formula or dosage given is accurate and will not if properly followed injure and person;
- 6. You will indemnify and keep indemnified the Editors, Clin Exp Pediatr against all claims and expenses (including legalcosts and expenses) arising from any breach of this warranty and the other warranties on your behalf in this Agreement.
- 7. No personoal information that could identify the patient has been included in any descriptive text, photographs, orpedigrees. When photographs of the patient were essential and indispensable for scientific information, you haveobtained written informed consent (Patient Informed Consent form) and clearly stated it in the text.
- 8. For research involving humans, you certify compliance with the ehical standards outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki(and, if applicable, the Istanbul Declaration) and guidelines provided by domestic and international ethical committeesgoverning human experimentation. The author should also include the name and number of the Research EthicsCommittee (REC) or the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the institution in the text. You agree to clarify and doubtscompliance. For research involving animals, you certify adherence to domestic and international guidelines on animalexperimentation.
