- Abstract
- The Prune belly syndrome is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by lax, wrinkled abdominal wall, cryptorchidism and urinary tract anomalies. But it has a wide spectrum of clinical presentation and combine with other anomalies such as pulmonary, skeletal, digestive, cardiovascular and other system. We experienced a case of prune-belly syndrome associated with Turner syndrome in a 18 month old female child.
