- Abstract
- Total or mostly total intestinal aganglionosis is rare and invariably fatal.
All patients with aganglionosis involving more than half of the small bowel have died with persistent intestinal obstruction and secondary maluntrition and infection.
Recently, we experienced two cases of total colon aganglionosis extending to the middle of the jejunum in triplet.
We report the cases with brief review of literatures.
