- Abstract
- Tuberculosis may affect Iymphnodes of any part of the body as a primary infection or secondary to lymphatic or hematogenous dissemination. But the diagnosis of tuberculous mesenteric lymphadenitis is often difficult to establish, because symptoms and signs are often quite vague and laboratory and radiologic findings ard unhelpful.
We have recently experienced a case of tuberculous mesenteric lymphadenitis clinically presenting as abdominal mass in 11 year old male
We report the case with brief literature review.
