Abstract
A Cyclopia in which the elements of the two eyes are completely or partially fused to form an apparently single eye in the middle of the forehead, is part of an anomaly involving not only the eyes themselves but also the anterior part of the brain and the mesodermal structures in the midline. We have experienced two cases of Cyclopia in twin. The autopsy was performed.
