Two cases of Edward syndrome.

Abstract
We presented two cases of Edward syndrome in this report. Both cases were bom with multiple congenital malformation which were characterized by low set malformed ears, micrognathia, webbed neck, rocker bottom feet, small pelvic and abducted, index and third fingers flexed upon with simian crease and small sized great toes with mild dorsifiexion. A large VSD was found on autopsy in one case who died 9 hours after birth. Chromosomal analysis revealed 47, XY, +18, 47, XX, +18 respectively.
