Clinical investigation and statistical analysis were done between chlamydia antigen positive group and negative group. The results obtain were as follows 1) Chlamydia antigen positive were resulted in 42 cases (13.04%) among 322 cases. 2) The mean age of Chlamydia positive and negative group were 14.2±6.2 weeks and 11.5±5. 7weeks respectively. 3) Afebrile cases were 82.3% in positive group and 33.3% in negative group, there were significant difference between two group statistically (p<0.05) 4) Major radiologic findings were interstitial pneumonic infiltration and hyperaeration in both group, and there was no significant differences. 5) There were significant difference between two group in eosinophil counts (p<0.01) 6) There was significant increase in IgG (p<0.05), IgA (p<0.05) and IgM (p<0.01) of chlamydia positive group compared with chlamydia negative group.
