- Abstract
- The anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery (Bland-White
-Garland Syndrome) is a relatively rare congenital heart disease, in which the right coronary artery
arises normally while the left comoary artery arises from the pulmonary artery. We experienced a
case of this anomaly without any other cardiac defect in a 4 month-old female infant. The diagnosis
was suspected on the basis of electrocardiogram and echocardiogram, and confirmed by aortogram.
Characteristic findings of electrocardiogram, echocardiogram and angiocardiogram were described,
and a brief review of literature was made.
