Abstract

We have experienced a case of febrile ulceronecrotic pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta which occurred 4 year and 7 month-old girl. She had polymorphous eruptions with m(ild itching sensation. Diagnosis of pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta was established by clinical features and histopathologic findings. We treated with erythromycin syrup, prednisolone and topical steroid with improvement. A brief review of the literature was made.
