- Abstract
- We experienced two cases of chronic bronchitis in 9 4/12 year female & 10 year old male who were
admitted at department of Pediatrics, College of Medicine, Yonsei University.
In which all laboratory findings including chest X-ray were normal, but on the scitiscan perfusion
defects were noted at the base of lung and clinically improved accociated with disappearance of
perfusion defects ossurred after treatment.
The lung perfusion scan is thought as a beneficial method for the evaluation for the diagnbosis &
progression of chronic bronchitis and we thought to need further study on this aspect.
