- Abstract
- We experienced a extremely rare case of ectopic ACTH syndrome caused by Wilms tumor in a 4
year 8 month-old female patient.
We performed specific radiologic and hormonal studies. Diagnosis was confirmed by histologic and
biochemical findings of tumor mass after right nephrectomy.
A brief review of related literature was made.
