- Abstract
- We herein experienced two cases of idiopathic hypercalciuria in a 4 year old boy and 8 year old boy
who had asymptomatic gross hematuria.
Diagnosis was made by a urinary calcium excretion of more than 4 mg per kilogram of body weight
per 24 hours and by a urinary calcium-creatinine ratio of more than 0.21, under situation that specific
etiology of hypercalciuria was not found. A brief review of literatures was given.
