- Abstract
- Swyer-James syndrome is a radiological entity that consists primarily of an abnormal radiolucency
of one lung or lobe due to obliterative bronchiolitis with air entrapment. We report a case of
idiopathic unilateral hyperlucent lung which was confirmed by chest roentgenography, bronchogra-
phy and pulmonary arteriography in a patient whose serum IgA was significantly lowered.
