- Abstract
- In a 9/12 year old male patient, the diagnosis of a right coronary artery fistula communicating with
the right ventricle was made by noninvasive technique using two dimensional enchocardiography.
The diagnosis was confirmed by aortography. Surgical correction was performed and the postoper-
ative course was uneventful. A brief review of literatures was made.
