A Case of Persistent Fetal Circulation.

Abstract
The authors have experienced a case of persistent fetal circulation associated with hypocalcemia. The baby was delivered with full-term by repeated cesarean section. He showed marked dyspnea 4 hours after birth and thereafter cyanosis appeared. So artificial ventilator had been applied combined with tolazoline administration. The patient was treated successfully and discharged on 28th hospital day without complications. We present one case of persistent fetal circulation with brief review of literatures.
