- Abstract
- The authors experienced a case of Kawasaki disease complicated by hydrops of the gallbladder in
a 3-year old male patient.
The main clinical features were colicky abdominal pain, vomiting, jaundice, fever and a palpable
tender mass in RUQ in conjunction with the characteristic clinical manifestation of Kawasaki disease.
The clinical diagnosis was confirmed by ultrasonography, and the patient was recovered by conserva-
tive management without surgical intervention.
We reviewed the literatures briefly.
