- Abstract
- Ureteropelvic junction obstruction has been discussed extensively in literature, but most reports
refer to adults or young children. Neonatal bilateral U-P-J obstruction has not been reported in
Korea. Herein we present with bilateral ureteropelvic junction obstruction in neonate. Repair was
achieved successfully using a non-intubated, nonstented, dismembered pyeloplasty.
Renal function shows normal during the follow-up periods.
