A Case of Wilson-Mikity Syndrome.

Abstract

Wilson-Mikity syndrome is a chronic respiratory distress in the premature infant. The most striking component of the syndrome is the distinctive chest radiographic finding. We report a case of Wilson-Mikity syndrome in a premature baby and briefly review the literature.
