- Abstract
- Cryptococcosis is a subacute or chronic mycotic infection caused by cryptococcus neoformans. The authors experienced one case of disseminated cryptococcosis on autopsy involving central nervous system, lung, liver, kidney, skin and vertebral body in 18month old male patient whose chief complaints were cough, fever and dyspnea. The patient had not been respond to antituberculous therapy for three weeks with impression of desseminated tuberculosis. The authors presented one case of desseminated cryptococcosis and reviewed referential literatures.
