A case of Congenital Nephrotic Syndrome.

Abstract
The congenital nephrotic syndrome is characterized by large placenta, low birth weight, early clinical findings, delayed growth and development and resistance to treatment. Authors experienced a case of characteristic of congenital nephrotic syndrome in a girl, who was admitted to the Pediatric Department of HUH at 28 days of age because of generalized edema, abdominal distension with vomiting and diarrhea. The diagnosis was made by birth history, clinical manifestation and laboratory findings. Literatures and references are reviewed briefly.
