- Abstract
- Dysgerminoma is a rare form of ovarian tumor that may be found at any age, although most often it is occurred in the second and third decades of life. It is identical in structure to the seminoma occurring in the testis. Metastases occurred through the lymphatics, by direct continuity to adjacent organs when the capsule perforated, and through systemic circulation. A case of dysgerminoma on the mesocolon of sigmoid metastasized from ovary in 8 years
old girl is presented, and its literatures are briefly reviewed
