- Abstract
- 1)Two cases of Bochdalek hernia were admitted to the department of pediatrics because of coughing and mild dyspnea. The diagnois was established by physical examination, chest Xray, upper G-I series, Barium enema and other special studies. The diaphragmatic defect was corrected successfully by the surgical transthoracic approach

. 2)A 6-month old male infant was admitted to the department of pediatrics because of coughing and high fever via emergency room. Operative findings were defind as a short esophagus in addition to sliding hernia with a peritoneal sac.
