- Abstract
- We experienced a case of Congenital Cerebral arteriovenous malformation which produced
hematomas in a 9 years old girl.
We confirmed the AVM and hematomas in the right frontal area, feeding from the right
frontopollar artery, a branch of the right anterior carotid artery, and draining to superior
sagittal sinus by carotid angiography & brain C-T.
She was treated with, total surgical excision of AVM and hematomas.
