Two Cases of Congenital Pulmonary Atresia with Intact Ventricular Septum in Brother.

Abstract
We have experienced two cases of congenital pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum in brothers at the Department of Pediatrics, College of Medicine, Yonsei University. One of the two cases, 4 months old, was associated with patent ductus arteriosus and atrial septal defect. The other case, 4 8/12 years old, was associated with tricuspid insufficiency and patent foramen ovale. In this article, we emphasize the hereditary and familial occurance of this disease and review the related literature briefly.
