- Abstract
- The endodermal sinus tumors are rare and highly malignant germ cell tumors in both gonadal and extra gonadal tissue. The recent occurence of such a neoplasm, 7 years old girl treated postoperatively with combined chemotherapy followed by apparent improvement in the level of alpha-fetoprotein and metastatic inguinal lymphnodes. A brief review of the related literature was made on this subject.
