Primary Endodermal Sinus Tumor In The Sacrococcygium.

Abstract
The endodermal sinus tumors are rare and highly malignant germ cell tumors in both gonadal and extra gonadal tissue. The recent occurence of such a neoplasm, 7 years old girl treated postoperatively with combined chemotherapy followed by apparent improvement in the level of alpha-fetoprotein and metastatic inguinal lymphnodes. A brief review of the related literature was made on this subject.
