Hand-Schuller-Christian disease is reactive granulomatous lesion with histiocytic proliferation, the cause of which is unknown. Recently, we experienced a case in a 3 years old female with polydipsia and polyuria. We established the diagnosis with clinical features, radiologic examination and bone biopsy- Histiologic examination of frontal bone showed mild to moderate infiltration of eosinophils, lymphocytes, plasma cells and large histioytes and fibrosis. Similiar cases reported in literature are briefly reviewed.
