- Abstract
- The post mortem findings in a 4 days old Korean male of splenic agenesis associated with congenital heart disease and situs inversus of the abdominal viscera have been presented. The post mortem findings in a 4 days old Korean male of splenic agenesis associated with congenital heart disease and situs inversus of the abdominal viscera have been presented. 1.Congenital anomalies. a)persistent ostium atrioventriculare communis b)Transposition of pulmonary artery and aorta c)patent ductus arteriosus d)Tbreelobes of the left lung e)Situs inversus of abdominal viscera f)Splenic agenesis 2.partial atelectasis of lungs. 3.Severe passive congestion of all organs.
