Clinical observation on steroid-resistance nephrotic syndrome associated with bacterial infection -The role of infection

Abstract
Five patients are presented who iliustrated the occurrence of infection causing steroid unresponsiveness in patient with nephrotic syndrome in. childhood. Correct diagnosis and adequate treatment of infection induced a rapid remission. Pulmonary tuberculosis was emphasized among such infection. Review of literature was also given briefly.
