- Abstract
- A case of neonatal myasthenia gravis who showed symptoms soon after brrth was studied at Presbyterian Medical Center, Chon Ju Korea. Symptoms were relieved by neostigmine, which was first given intramuscularly and later by mouth. When neostigmine dose was reduced symptoms recurred. Neostigmine was stopped after 24 days without recurrence of symptoms. Infant’s mother has had myasthenia gravis since 1967.
