- Abstract
- Moebius syndrome is not common disease, and there has been no report about Moebius syndrome in Korea.
We found recently a case of purulent meningitis who had multiple congenital anomalies such as congenital bilateral abducens nerve palsy, left side facial nerve palsy, micrognathia, high arched palate, brachial malformation, small hand, and club-foot etc. In spite of multiple congenital anomalies, baby’s mentality was relatively good and chromosomal study was normal. Now we report here a case of Moebius syndrome with reciew of literature.
