Congenital Atresia of Intestine

Abstract
The most common cause of neonatal intestinal obstruction is congenital atresia of intestine of which cause has not been clear. There may be two major hypothesis of pathogenic mechanism, hypoplasia theory and atrophy theory. Two cases of congenital atresia of intestine are presented with literature review confirmed operatively at Taegu Presbyterian [Hospital, one is duodenal atresia with cardiac anormaly and another is upper jejunal and descending colon atres i.
