- 3 Cases of Osteogenesis Imperfecta

- Abstract
- Three cases of Osteogenesis Imperfecta Tarda, two of them a female aged 21 months and a male infant aged 3 months are sibling, and girl aged 5 years were presented. They were noticed fracture at age of first week but were not diagnosed as osteogenesis imperfecta at that time. We had seen those patients at age of 21 months, 3 months and 5 years, confirming osteogenesis imperfacta tarda gravis type by clinical, X-ray survey and biochemical study.
Review of the references concerning osteogenesis imperfecta were made briefly.
