A Case of Turner’s Syndrome.

Abstract
A case of Turner’s syndrome in 44-days-old sex chromatin negative female infant was presented. The patient manifested the clinical findings of the short stature, brachycephaly, sparse hairs, hypertelorism, lowset of ears, loose folds of the skin of the neck and edema on the hands and feet. The authors report the case with the review of the pertinent literatures
