- Abstract
- 6 year old Korean Male was admitted to Korea General Hospital with Chief Complaints of spik*
ing fever, abdominal distention with pain and vomiting.
One month after recovery from measles. On admission, miliary tuberculosis was suspected
because of chest X-ray finding.
Condition of the patient worsened during the course of antituberculous treatment.
Surgical Biopsy of cervical lymphnode showed cryptococcosis and the patient responded well to
treatment withCAmphotericin B).
The patient showed no meningeal sign during the course.
