- A Case Report of Klippel-Trenaunay-Parkes Weber Syndrome with Epispadia and Polydactylism of both Feet

- Abstract
- The patient was 30-day-old Korean male infant with mixed hemangioma by simple and car v anous type on the anterior knees, both entire legs and the dorsal aspects of both feet and hypertrophy of both lower extremities which involved the right side more severely. And also bilateral polydactylism of feet, epispadia and generalized carvanous hemangioma were accompanied.
The diagnosis was made by clinical signs skin biopsy and roentgenographic findings.
Authors have experienced this case, one of the rare varients of Klippel-Trenaunay-Parkes Weber
Syndrome, and report this with the review of literatures of the syndrome.
