- Abstract
- We experienced a case of Hand-Schiiller-Christian disease in a 2 years 11 months old boy. The
patient had complaints of multiple soft nontender swelling masses on the scalp, moderate exophthalmos
(right side) and pallor. The diagnosis was confirmed by clinical findings, radiological evidence
and biopsy finding. The patient was discharged after being treated with Roentgen therapy for 15 days.
At the time of discharge, swelling masses with exophthalmos were much subsided but bony defects
were not consolidated with new bone.
